What a fantastic affect football from our U11 boys! From the very first whistle, the team showed great energy, teamwork, and determination — a real joy to watch.
Right from kick-off, Kanturk Afc, looked sharp. The boys moved the ball beautifully, linking up with quick, clever passes and showing great awareness across the pitch. The midfield worked tirelessly to win possession, while the defence stayed strong and organized, keeping their cool under pressure.
The opening goal came after some excellent build-up play — a perfect through ball and a confident finish that had everyone cheering! From there, the team grew in confidence, with more chances created and some brilliant saves from our goalkeeper to keep us ahead.
Every player contributed today — chasing every ball, supporting each other, and showing real sportsmanship. The teamwork and effort were second to none, and the smiles at the end said it all!
It was a true team effort. The improvement from week to week is clear to see, and the coaches couldn’t be prouder.
